1] Don't Steal someone elses layout. I will find out about it.
2] Make sure you read the rules of the Contests
3] Don't email me about something that is already posted.
4] If you have already won a domain, don't apply again.
5] I don't accept layout's that have been bought or used by another place. This would be stealing someone elses work and the contest is for those who have talent.
6] Make sure you tell me the places that you have used brushes,images, etc...I need to post a credit for the items that were used on the layout.
